By the afternoon on March 4th, the top markets on the New York Stock Exchange were trading down between half a percent and 1-percent each. The Dow Jones Industrial Average led losses, dropping 260-points, while falling to 25,766. The S&P 500 lost about 20-points, while the Nasdaq Composite dropped 44-points.
