Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon and one of the richest businessmen in the world is not afraid to say he has experienced multiple failures. In fact, he stands behind the failures as good things. In his 2016 Shareholder letter Bezos wrote Amazon is "the best place in the world to fail." Bezos tells Business Insider, "What really matters is, companies that don't continue to experiment, companies that don't embrace failure, they eventually get in a desperate position where the only thing they can do is a Hail Mary bet at the very end of their corporate existence." The takeaway? Amazon's most successful initiatives would never have happened without some element of risk. https://www.businessinsider.com/amazo... http://www.wochit.com This video was produced by YT Wochit Business using http://wochit.com
