A report from officials in Shanghai said that they found irregularities with the Tesla cars set for delivery, including improper labeling. Those irregularities included vehicles that lacked Chinese labels on brake fluid tanks, while others demonstrated a different motor capacity compared to their labels. That led officials to suspend the clearance on 1,600 imported Tesla Model 3 cars.
