I wanted to get this video out day 1, but I had to replay a lot of levels to make this video since I accidentally kept pressing the X button instead of the square. And if you do the former by accident, it skips the story. It really should be the other way around... (Update: they fixed it now, thank Chaos.) I've also uploaded this three times now and realized that I kept forgetting to add certain clips. Oh, and I hope I got the ordering right.
But anyway, this is Eggman dialogue from the map, the cutscenes and most of the dialogue before the races. I forgot to add a couple of things where Eggman says something about the engine and his death egg before the final boss. But that's right, I tried to get every time Eggman talks in the game as a whole, minus the gameplay voice clips though, of course. That will probably be for another time.
